Service Description

An ongoing personalized mindfulness session addressing your specific needs with a solutions-focused approach. We'll do a brief check-in and then have a ten minute guided relaxation and clarifying mindfulness session. Specific areas can be motivation, clear-thinking, stress reduction, anger management, anxiety reduction, sleep optimization, improved decision-making, focused mental health, productivity and many other areas. We'll schedule 30 minutes but may often take only 20 minutes.
