We'll start with a personal survey to learn about your current activities, lifestyle and daily stressors. Then, you'll receive information, guidance and practices to suit your current life and life goals. These will include mindfulness articles, blogs, videos and meditation/relaxation practices from some of the most profound experts and teachers in the world of well-being. Your program will be designed to help you keep a routine on track every day. You'll also receive a log tracker and a schedule for regular check-ins.
